Processing Time All products at HotNess Express are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days after purchase.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@hotness-express.com within 30 days of your order date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
Important Note Because all items are made to order, we are unable to redirect or cancel orders once they have entered production. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
